The TLV-PD Series vertical autoclaves with super-drying system using a heated jacket and high performance water ring pump are designed to provide advanced sterilization of solids in industrial and research environments in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical and biotech industries sterilizing glass, porous materials, packaged solids and objects of complex geometries.
All Top line vertical floor-standing autoclaves feature the most advanced connectivity in the market and comply with the latest advancements in electronic records and data control to work under FDA, GMP and GLP environments.
Completely dries the load thanks to the super-drying system
Thanks to its final drying function using a heating jacket and vacuum pump, the load will be completely dry at the end of the cycle, ensuring safe processing of porous solids and packaged objects. There is no need to dry the load in an external oven.

Equipped with a high-performance liquid ring vacuum pump specifically for a quicker fractionated prevacuum phase. Heating jacket to completely dry solid loads. F₀-controlled sterilizations thanks to the integrated flexible probes. Automatic filling from the water network. Water-cooled direct discharge.
