Return & Refund Policy
GMI Certified Pre-Owned Items
- The Buyer can return an item under warranty without any penalties / re-stocking fees if GMI cannot repair / replace the item within 45 days from the date of complaint. If the Buyer refuses the Seller’s repair or replacement prior to the 45 days, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Any non-warranty related returns requested within 30 days from the receipt of order will incur a 30% re-stocking fee of total order and all return freight costs.
- For returns under warranty, GMI will be responsible for all logistics and shipping costs within the U.S. For international orders, the Buyer is responsible for return shipping and custom fees.
- Returns are not accepted without prior approval by GMI accompanied by an authorized return number (RMA#). Buyer must keep original packaging for a period of 180 days or for the duration of the warranty to avoid box / packaging charges.
- Sales are final and non-returnable for any transaction including a Remote Technical Support Warranty (2000-60-5665) or where otherwise specified. The presence of this line item indicates that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the entire order.
New Equipment Purchases
- All purchases of new instrumentation and equipment are subject to the specific warranty terms and conditions, and cancellation policies of the manufacturer.
- Any return or cancellation must be approved by the manufacturer prior to any refund.
