The Beckman Optima™ XL-100 K Ultracentrifuge is designed to perform up to 100,000 rpm at up to 802,000 g with a 100Ti rotor. This Optima centrifuge model is equipped with an imbalance-tolerant drive which protects against small operator mistakes, and offers energy-efficient consumption and heat output system. Its advanced software functions and simple user setup make the XL-100 K an easy-to-use and time-efficient machine.
The Optima™ XL-100 K features intuitive push-button operation and touch-key control panel which enables easier handling of the system. With its energy-efficient and environment-friendly air-cooled drive, the XL-100 K eliminates the use of chlorofluorocarbons and other harmful liquid coolants.
The Beckman centrifuge also has a key interlock switch for normal, locked, or zonal operation. Other features of the Beckman XL-100 K centrifuge include a built in printer on top of the display housing, a circuit breaker, a digital display monitor, and wheels.
