The Eppendorf Mastercycler® pro series thermal cycler offers ultimate flexibility for your PCR applications. Choose from three block formats, operate in various configurations, and use any plate, tube, or strip you want. All formats come with gradient SteadySlope® technology to ensure heating and cooling ramp rates remain consistent. With the vapo, protect technology, evaporation is kept to a minimum.
The Eppendorf Mastercycler® Pro range is made up for 3 models.
- Eppendorf Mastercycler Pro (96 well aluminum block)
- Eppendorf Mastercycler Pro S (96 well silver block with faster ramp rates)
- Eppendorf Mastercycler Pro 384 (384 well aluminum block)
The Mastercycler Pro range form Eppendorf features fast cooling rates of up to 8°C with silver block when using a silver block. Vapo.protect® is incorporated in Mastercycler thermal cyclers to ensure reduction of evaporation during operation and the gradient blocks also feature SteadySlope technology.
The Eppendorf Mastercycler pro range of thermal cycler, include intuitive graphic programming and a display to indicate the cycler number when connected to a network. You may in fact control up to 5 units with one control panel. You can control up to 30 units when connected to a networked PC running cyclemanager software.
Optional self test dongle is available upon request.
