Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Generator is the first-step instrument in Bio-Rad’s Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) workflow, partitioning each sample into approximately 20,000 nanoliter-sized water-oil emulsion droplets for highly precise nucleic acid quantification. It processes up to 8 samples per run and pairs with the QX200 Droplet Reader for absolute quantification without the need for standard curves.
