Techne PrimeG Thermal Cyclers
The Techne PrimeG is a gradient enabled thermal cycler with all the features of the Prime unit. The wide linear gradient with a range of 29°C allows annealing temperatures to be optimized in one experiment. The gradient calculator function displays the temperature for each of the 12 columns, ensuring easy replication of thermal conditions.
The Techne PrimeG Thermal Cycler delivers both high performance and high throughput to provide maximum flexibility when processing a large number of samples in parallel.
Techne PrimeG Series thermal cyclers feature versatile, fully interchangeable block systems which can be exchanged in a matter of seconds with no need for any tools. Blocks are available in 60 x 0.5ml, 96 x 0.2ml, 96 skirted and non-skirted plates and 384 well plate formats.
The Techne PrimeG Series of thermal cyclers feature a user friendly programming procedure through a colour touchscreen display with an intuitive one board computer operating system. If you are familiar with other Techne thermal cyclers the transition to the prime should be easy. All Techne thermal cylers operate on the same same standardized software.
A USB port enables the transfer of programs between instruments and may transfer temperature logs to your PC. A real time graphical display provides an instant visualisation of the program status.
