Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable to their country.


Damages

GMI, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
