We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility

Return Process

Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely with all original components and include your RMA number.

Ship the item to the address provided.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the shipment.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a similar model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
