Thermo Savant universal vacuum sources are reliable single-integrated units. The Thermo Savant UVS SpeedVac line, particularly the UVS 400A and UVS 800 DDA SpeedVac, is both an oil free vacuum source and a solvent recovery system. These concentrators boast of a wide mouth glass condensation flask to safely handle recovery solvents. Users can create a complete SpeedVac system by connecting these units to any Thermo Savant concentrator bowl.

UVS 400A SpeedVac Concentrator enhancements include:

• Chemical trap (SAV-DTK120R) may be added to absorb volatile radioactivity and residual vapours
• VaporNet® with SAV-UVS400A units

TheUVS 800 DDA SpeedVac System has the UVS 400A features with the following additions:

• Single stage refrigeration system
• 3 stage high efficiency oil free pump (1.5 mbar)
• Teflon® coated tubing and vapour path
• 4 litre capacity for wide mouth condensation flask
• Compatible with SAV-ANS121/4 to separately neutralize ammonia solutions
• VaporNet® as solvent recovery enhancement
