Product Description
- Uses patented sample retention technology
- Combines microvolume technology and cuvette capability in a single spectrophotometer
- Sample sizes of as little as 0.5 µL
- Can measure very low and high concentration samples (0.4 – 15,000 ng/µL dsDNA)
Thermo Scientifics NanoDrop 2000c Spectrophometer combines microvolume technology and cuvette capability in a single spectrophotometer for measurement of 0.5 – 2 µL DNA, RNA, and protein samples.
The NanoDrop 2000c can measure very low and high concentration samples (0.4 – 15,000 ng/µL dsDNA). The cuvette capability allows for kinetics (time or time / temperature studies) and cell culture (OD 600) measurements.
