	"First time experience with Andrew the service engineer. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. My only suggestion for improvement is in the area of shipment of orders to customers outside the US like me living in Nigeria Africa. The time it takes for my order to arrive in Nigeria feels like forever. I wish the shipment and delivery time it takes could be significantly reduced. Consumables should be more readily available for purchase and overnight shipping when available. I am sure I will be a returning customer. Our salesman Nate George was extremely helpful and expedient. Cross train your service staff more.
