Savant OligoPrep OP120 Concentrator

For post oligo synthesis systems the Savant OligoPrep OP120 Concentrator automatically performs the cleavage final deprotection and concentration of synthetic oligonucleotides from solid supports and columns. Sample assemblies remain fully closed during the cleavage and 55C deprotect/ incubation steps. Each sample is completely isolated and free from cross contamination. The valve in the cap automatically opens by centrifugal force during the concentration stage. Both incubation and concentration times are fully programmable for maximum flexibility.

NOTE: Optional rotors enable the Savant OligoPrep OP120 Concentrator to function as a conventional SpeedVac ® similar to the model DNA 110 or DNA 120. WOW !
