The PerSeptive BioSystems BioCAD SPRINT HPLC provides a classic paradigm shift in purification. This BioCAD workstation is a system which sets industry standards with the use of automated templates for optimizing purification protocols.

Accelerated methods development through systematic exploration of key parameters is permitted by the BioCAD SPRINT chromatography system. Separation procedures are affected by the said exploration method. Every budget and biopurification requirement is met by the advanced features fitted in each PerSeptive Biosystems unit including SCOUT™ column selector, scale-up design tools, and templates.

This excellent application development system can perform bio-separations within 30 seconds to three minutes. Moreover, the SPRINT HPLC system uses a wide variety of chromatography media which improves speed, resolution, and capacity by combining innovations in particle and surface design. It can also handle diverse applications including analytical, preparative, low-pressure chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography.

A fully bio-compatible fluid path supports a maximum analytical flow rate of up to 20ml/min. The improved flow rate distinguishes the BioCAD Sprint from the BioCad 60 since they share a number of similarities. Documentation of critical chromatographic parameters including pH, conductivity, UV trace, and pressure is also carried out by this chromatography system.

The BioCAD SPRINT Chromatography System suits those formally infatuated with the traditional fast protein liquid chromatography (FPLC) but are daring enough to step right into the 21st century with this new technology.
