Nyx Technik Electronyx Mini Page Unit
The Mini Gel works perfectly for those who like to use precast gels it is designed to use 8 by 10 and 10 by 10 the most commonly available precast gel. One of the best features of the mini page unit is how easy the insert clamping systems works. Simply slide the gel in place and then with a single motion pull the clamping device to the outside edges. This holds your gel firmly in place while applying equal pressure to both sides of your gel. This is much easier then trying to adjust the multiple screws and binder clamps found on most competitive units.
Casting Platform
For those of you who like to cast your own page gels we supply a casting platform. The thick silicon base ensures no leaking while casting your gel. Simply drop the insert into the casting plate lock it in place and cast your gels. Once there set unlock and place back slip back into the tank by replace the lid and you will be ready to run your gel. Electronyx Vertical Tanks offer great selection of cones and accessories including additional inserts for 2d Capillary work and electro-blotting.
