The Amplitronyx A6 (ATC401) Thermal Cycler is a high performance sub ambient gradient thermal cycler with interchangeable blocks that offers all the programming capability you will need from a thermal cycler. Features in the 401 include the unique helically controlled lid the "iQ-Therm" dynamic temperature control modules and the largest full color touch screen LCD currently available. The A6 (ATC401) will accept the full range of interchangeable block and temperature control options and is gradient compatible. The Amplytronyx A6 (ATC401) offers a highly sophisticated thermal cycler at a very affordable price.
The Amplitronyx 6 offers the widest gradient range available making it ideal for experiments that require gradient or the use of multi well plates. The A6 is designed for tool-free swapping of four thermal blocks. The Amplitronyx 6 can program a 36 C wide gradient across both 0.2ml and 0.5 ml blocks for greater flexibility 384-well and slide blocks are also available.
The A6 can store up to 200 ten-stage/ step programs for touch down and standard amplification and the temperature of the lid can be adjusted to suit your protocol specifications.
