Molecular Devices SpectraMax Gemini XPS Microplate Reader
The Gemini XPS Fluorescence Microplate Reader allows efficient and reliable microplate readings over a greater range of fluorescence intensities without the need for filters. This reader is capable of measuring up to four wavelength pairs for endpoint and kinetic measurements. The Gemini XPS also has well scanning capabilities that enables reporting of fluorescent measurement from a point in the microplate well to multiple points across a tissue culture well. Operators can read microplates ranging from 6- to 384-well with the Gemini XPS Microplate Reader.

This model also eliminates the need for finding the right pair of excitation and emission filters.
The patented AutoPMT Optimization System of the Gemini XPS Microplate Reader helps the fluorescence detector adapt to each sample well's concentration. The AutoPMT system also assists in normalizing raw data, extending the dynamic range of assays to capture both high and low signals in the same plate. Users can now confidently compare relative fluorescence units (RFUs) of individual samples across plates and readers.
