The Sorval RT7 Benchtop Centrifuge, with its super reliable DC motor and integrated drive, is perfect for high-volume processing applications or for frequent use where clean room requirements exist. This centrifuge accelerates to a top speed of 7,000 rpm and 5,856 g's while offering an automatic slow start to 500 rpm and braking to 200 rpm, followed by coasting to a stop. These machines are low in height, providing easy access for loading and unloading and one-handed door operation.
Providing up to 50 percent more g-force and three times the capacity of other comparable centrifuge models, the RT7 machines run two swinging-bucket and one fixed angle rotor. Each accepts a wide range of tube adapters, accommodating everything from 1.5 ml microcentrifuge tubes to 750 ml bottles with a maximum volume capacity of 3 liters
