SuperFrac has a
programmable drop head suited to any collection vessel and can operate
in time, drop volume collection modes. Menu-driven programming, with
built-in instructions, makes SuperFrac quick and simple to operate.
For more advanced
applications, SuperFrac has a peak slope detection system which can
separate even poorly resolved peaks, regardless of drifting baseline,
with the appropriate monitor connected. Functions such as time windows,
program memory, valve control, programmable wait and delay times,
looping, recycling and automatic shut down all contribute to the
unbeatable flexibility of SuperFrac.
SuperFrac can communicate
with most Pharmacia Biotech instruments including FPLC and BioPilot
systems.
