BioCAD INTEGRAL 100 Q

Perceptive Biosystems Integral 100Q
Integral 100 Q micro analytical biomolecule

So what is an Integral 100Q

High throughput and automated chemistries

The integrated autosampler with 105 vial sample capacity is software controlled and capable of sophisticated sample preparations including: dilutions, mixing, heating/cooling, combinations from multiple vials, etc. There are four sample prep reagent bottles from which to select and injections modes of push loop, pull loop and full loop. Manual injection is also possible. All of the fluid paths integrate with the column tower which has three ten port automated, flow direction valves to support the full range of MDLC configurations involving from one to five or more columns in the flow path. There is a variable wavelength, dual channel absorbance detector and a built in pH sensor.

These are still current model instruments selling for around $ 74,000.00.  There is no substantial difference between the 100 Classic and the 100Q models

Do you require a preparative methods development instrument instead?  Look at the other available BioCAD family at this link

The good news:
You don't have
to spend over $ 75,000.00 today

The INTEGRAL 100Q and Integral 100 Classic Multidimensional Biochromatography HPLC System is a very powerful analytical / preparative liquid chromatography system. Designed and developed by PerSeptive Biosystems, this instrument is capable of running a variety of analytical HPLC assays including microbore and capillary. It’s strength is it’s capacity to run multidimensional liquid chromatography (MDLC) enabling a variety of rapid analyses to be carried out in series for protein characterisation, particularly on the micro-scale. Combined with a PerSeptive Biosystems INTERTEC fraction collector which automatically loads MALDI targets, the INTEGRAL 100Q is able to  interface directly to  a VOYAGER ELITE MALDI-TOF instrument. The system can collect fractions to a conventional Gilson or Advantec fraction collector

What is it?

The INTEGRAL 100 multidimensional biospecific HPLC system is a benchtop system that incorporates the separation power of multidimensional liquid chromatography (MDLC) with the inherent selectivity and sensitivity of biospecific assays for the accurate selection and rapid analysis useful in protein characterisation applications.

Fluidics:

The unit integrates a variety of fluid handling components into a totally automated system that is controlled by advanced software and data analysis through an on-board Pentium PC.

There are two, high precision, dual piston, variable speed HPLC pumps that deliver Helium-sparged liquids at 1ul /min to 9.99ml/min for isocratic delivery and 50ul/min to 9.99ml/min for binary gradients from six inlet pump channels. Additional liquid can be delivered to the column tower through the two channel, stepper motor driven syringe pump for precise delivery of two reagents into the fluid path.
