ChroMate ® Microplate reader from Awareness Technology Inc, is a compact, economical, rapid reading little black box with amazing power. (PC is not included)

The ChroMate ® is an economical 8-channel microplate reader which can read absorbance of 96 wells in just 12 seconds! The ChroMate ® has a streamline design with a minimal footprint but offers superb optics to fit any sized lab bench.

The ChroMate ® unit, in conjunction with a PC (not supplied) provides full access to high level software reporting, curve fitting and data storage to meet the requirements of virtually any modern laboratory. The versatile software comes with a plug in a play usb drive included which can follow calculation modes including absorbance, cutoff, cutoff control cutoff calibrator, point to point curve fitting, multipoint percentage absorbance, linear regressions (linear log, logit-log) polynomial and sigmodal regressions (to 2nd, 3rd, 4th order, dose response and cubic spline).

The user is permitted to select plate layout options, and customize layouts for individual tests or panels/ screens. QC tracking is also present in the software, with individual selections for calibrators and controls, absorbance or concentration for mean, SD, CV plus Levey- Jennings plots and more!

The ChroMate ® uses IAD (Ion Assisted Deposition) filters which give superior performance far longer than multi cavity filters. The ChroMate ® is NRTL and CE Marked.
