The Applied Bio Systems ABI PRISM 377 DNA Sequencer automatically analyzes DNA molecules labeled with multiple fluorescent dyes. After samples are loaded onto the system's vertical gel- they undergo electrophoresis- laser detection- and computer analysis. Electrophoretic separation can be viewed on-screen in real-time- and final data can be output in a variety of formats. The 377 system accepts gel plates in four different lengths for flexibility in sample analysis.
The systems ship with an Apple Workstation plus Data Collection and Analysis software modules. Software versatility enables this system to support sequencing and fragment analysis applications Reads up to and beyond 900 bases per sample generating long reads Electrophoresis optimizes speed- resolution= and readlength. Apple or NT compatible software detects five dyes providing increased throughput.
The Applied Bio Systems ABI 377 DNA Sequencer is ready to ship 64 or 96 lane configuration. We can supply starter plates. These units are in stock and can be shipped very quickly to your lab! The ABI 377 comes completed with sequence analysis software- a G3 apple mac computer and laser condition-guaranteed
Please call for best current pricing and official quote. Avoid getting a used and abused systems. You may find one cheaper (emphasis)- but if you want it done right the first time talk to GMI and ask about GMI re-certified equiptment.
