The ABI PRISM 310 Genetic Analyzer is an automated single-capillary genetic analyzer designed for a wide range of sequencing and fragment analysis applications. It is effective in perform comparative sequencing- linkage analysis- SNP detection- discovery and validation- mutation detection- and many other applications. The ABI 310 eliminate gel preparation is ready to be set up runs in minutes the ABI 310 can alos Run three colors of microsatellites- or other fragments- and a size marker in a single lane.
