The 1470 Wallac Wizard Gamma Counter features unique sample changer robotics. These cut out crosstalk from samples on the conveyor. Counterweights are no longer needed, which removes the risk of potential contamination. High resolution MCA technology, superior counting geometry and comprehensive built-in RiaCalc WIZ data reduction put the WIZARD two steps ahead of any other automatic gamma counter available today.

The 1470 Wallac Wizard Gamma Counter is supplied with 1, 2, 5 or 10 detectors and has a 550 tube capacity. It accepts all RIA tubes and vials.

The 1470 Wallac Wizard Gamma Counter has an improved sample changer system. As already mentioned, this cuts out crosstalk from samples on the conveyor.This instrument permits the use of well-type detectors which are the key to superior counting performance. With their almost 4 π geometry, the well-type detectors provide the best counting efficiency. We currently have a 1 and 10 detector in stock and they are priced to sell. They will come in excellent condition with a full warranty.
